The Washington vineyard uses the centuries-old practice of blending wine lots from multiple vintages (Vertical Blending) with multiple grape varieties (Horizontal Blending) to produce a more compelling and interesting wine. Notebook (the wine NOT the classic romance novel) is crafted to be approachable and easy to drink with aromas and flavors of cherry, plum, spice, and soft vanilla. This wine leads with fruit and finishes with a touch of savory. We recommend serving this wine with burgers, pizza, and a good book.
