This is a deliciously dry red out of Bierzo Spain. Mike DeSimone describes it as follows, “In this wine, aromas of dark berries, bittersweet chocolate and creosote pave the way for flavors of cassis, dark plum, mocha, saddle leather and black olive tapenade. Robust tannins and a note of dried sage carry into the lengthy finish.” This is another realy great table wine to enjoy with the boys.
