This bottle gives major summer church camp flashbacks! Peitan is a light, fresh Albarino out of Spain. It is a very aromatic wine with notes of citric fruits (tangerine and apricot stood out to us). On the palate, it is very fresh, pairing well with aperitifs, fish, Japanese cuisine, sushi, sashimi, octopus and seafood. Peitan was made in a very small batch with only 16,500 bottles produced.
