Casa Emma, a gorgeous Chianti Classico Riserva Vignalparco, is particularly interesting as it is cultivated with the help of domestic geese. The vineyard’s geese fertilize the land, eat the grass between the rows and the insects harmful to the vine, acting as natural protectors for the soil. Their contribution allows the exchange of organic substances: such as nitrogen, potassium and
magnesium and an 80% reduction in the use of tractors and mechanical vehicles. The wine itself is intense and persistent with notes of blackberry and currant. It has a good structure, freshness and minerality with soft tannins.
